Small patches are $1.00 each, medium are $1.50 and large are $2.50. There is no minimum order — buy a single patch to check the stitch quality, or a pack of 30 to 300 if you already know what you want. Nothing is added at checkout except tracked shipping on orders under $50.
Pack sizes are counted in $1 base patches, so a $50 pack fits roughly 50 small patches, 33 medium or 20 large. Every pack from $50 up ships free worldwide; the $30 pack adds $3.90 tracked shipping. Send us your design list on WhatsApp and we will match the mix to your pack.
Whatever you already have — a logo file, a photo of a hand-drawn sketch, even a screenshot. We redraw it into stitch-ready artwork, note the closest thread colours, and email you a free digital proof within 24 hours. Nothing is stitched until you approve that proof.
Ready-made patches leave the workshop within 24 hours. Custom orders ship 4–5 days after you approve the digital proof. Orders of $50 and up ship free and tracked worldwide, and a tracking number reaches your inbox the moment the parcel leaves us.
Both. Checkout runs on our own site over an encrypted connection — pay with PayPal, or any major credit or debit card. We never ask for card details over chat or email, and your order confirmation arrives by email straight away.
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund, including the return label. Custom orders are covered too: if the stitching doesn't match the proof you approved, it's covered as well.
